We have a variety of trial die sets (bases), allowing sample production with molds from any manufacturer. We can produce samples and perform sample measurements according to the molding conditions used in the prototype.

Our engineers had concerns regarding mold disassembly and assembly skills, leading to frequent part damage. Improving engineers’ technical skills was urgent.
Solution

Key engineers from S Company and R Company were invited to N.F.T, where our mold assembly engineers provided one-on-one instruction on assembly techniques and maintenance.
These key engineers then passed on the knowledge to other engineers on the customer side, resulting in overall skill improvement, reduced part damage, and ultimately cost reduction.
